独特型蛋白致敏的树突细胞瘤苗治疗多发性骨髓瘤

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)有独特型蛋白,为肿瘤特异性抗原。大量研究表明,使用负载独特型蛋白的树突细胞(DC)瘤苗进行主动免疫治疗,有助于消除(MM)微小残留病变,延长患者的无病生存期。近年来在抗肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用已成为肿瘤主动特异性免疫治疗的研究热点。 The idiotype of the monoclonal immunoglobulin expressed by multiple myeloma provides a tumor-specific antigen. Vaccination with idiotype-pulsed dendritic cells has expansive prospect to eliminate the minimal residual disease, prolong disease-free survival of multiple myeloma patients. It's application in antitumor immunotherapy has become the focus of active and specific immunotherapy of tumors.
