重症社区获得性肺炎研究进展

Study progress of severe community-acquired pneumonia

社区获得性肺炎是常见的社区感染，而重症社区获得性肺炎更是目前临床所关注的热点。重症社区获得性肺炎的处理在临床工作中比较棘手，发病率及病死率较高。现就其诊断标准及治疗、预防作一综述，以增加对本病的认识，提高诊断和治疗水平，降低重症社区获得性肺炎的病死率。

Community-acquired pneumonia is a frequent community infection,and severe communityacquired pneumonia（SCAP） is a clinical hot spot at present. Management of SCAP is still very difficult for residents,associated with high mortality and morbidity of SCAP. Now this paper reviews the diagnostic criteria,treatment and prevention of SCAP. It aims to increase our knowledg on SCAP, improve level of diagnosis and treatment,and decrease the mortality and morbidity of SCAP.
