摘要
针对转炉煤气环缝洗涤器内复杂两相流动和换热问题建立了三维物理、数学模型,进行了大量的数值模拟计算,得到不同煤气流量、环缝行程以及水气比工况下转炉环缝洗涤器内多相流动和传热的阻力特性数据,揭示了转炉环缝洗涤器内多相流场特性和各个影响因素对阻力特性的影响规律,推导出转炉环缝洗涤器阻力特性计算的经验关系式.
The three dimensional two phase flow and heat transfer model in the annular gap scrubber of converter gas was proposed, and the corresponding numerical computations were performed for a series of operation conditions. The numerical computed results revealed the two phase flow characteristics and the effects of operation conditions such as gas flow rate, shift displacement of the scrubber cone and the ratio of water/gas on the pressure drop of the annular gap scrubber. Based on the computed results, the effect disciplinarian of different operation conditions on the pressure drop was investigated and the corresponding empiristic criterion was obtained.
