随着通信技术、网络技术和多媒体技术的不断发展,远程医疗作为对传统医疗重要补充和发展,在人们的生活中将占据越来越重要的地位.基于Internet的远程医疗系统打破了传统医疗在时间、地点和形式上的重重羁绊,实现了医疗数据和资源的共享与远程专家会诊.远程医疗系统在医院、医生和患者之间架起连接桥梁.介绍了远程医疗中远程会诊系统原型设计,以及基于Java技术的实现.

With the rapid development of communication, multi - media and network technology, various services and applications based on Internet have increasingly taken their forms. Internet is bringing a deep revolution to our life and study. Many fields such as telemedicine, distance education, and so on have been developed vigorously. It breaks layer upon layer barriers of traditional medical treatment such as when, where and bow the medical treatment is going on. It has come true to share the medical treatment data＇ s resource and to realize remote expert consultation. The requirement of either the patients or healthy people to the telemedicine service has largely increased and impendent. And the telemedicine system is setting up a bridge over the patients and the hospital or doctors. We describe the design of a prototype system in this thesis that imple- ments remote diagnosis, and realization based on Java technology.
