摘要 随着工业自动化生产的发展,产品质量检测成为生产过程的一个关键环节,高速在线机器视觉检测系统是解决这个问题的首选方案.本文主要研究了基于该系统的边缘检测算法,分析了被检对象的特性,总结了常用算法的特点,提出了适于该系统的高速实时在线检测算法.并且有效的保证了图像质量,为该系统后续检测环节的实现提供了良好的保障. This paper mainly introduced the edge detection algorithm based on the high-speed online machine vision detection system, which is the preferred option to solve the key problem of product quality detection in the production process with the development of industrial automation. And, the paper analyzed the characteristics of the objects detected, summed up the characteristics of commonly used algorithm, gave the high-speed real-time on-line detection algorithm which was suitable for the system. In addition, it effectively guaranteed image quality, provided a good protection for the realization of the following testing processes.
