摘要
利用响应面法对红花油的乙醇解反应进行了优化研究.采用3因素3水平的中心组合设计研究了反应时间、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量(氢氧化钠/红花油)诸因素共同作用对脂肪酸乙酯含量(质量分数)的影响.优化后的条件为:反应时间50 m in、醇油摩尔比7.0∶1、催化剂用量0.7%(相对于油脂质量),在此条件下乙酯含量可以达到95.1%.
The ethanolysis of safflower oil was optimized through the response surface methodology (RSM). A 3-1evel-3-factor central composite design was employed to evaluate the effects of reaction time, alcohol/oil molar ratio and NaOH dosage(NaOH/safflower oil) on the content(mass% )of fatty acid ethyl esters. The optimum conditions were as followed :alcohol/oil molar ratio 7.0:1, reaction time 50 min, 0.7 % NaOH. Under the optimal conditions the product contained 95.1% fatty acid ethyl esters.
