摘要
研究了改性花生壳固相萃取-原子吸收光谱法测定食品样品中痕量镉的方法.考察了样品pH值、进样体积、流速、洗脱剂浓度、体积、流速等参数的影响,同时研究了共存离子的影响,评价了萃取材料的吸附容量及再生性能.在优化的实验条件下,该法的检出限(3σ)为0.2ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.9%,富集倍数为30倍.该法成功应用于茶叶、白酒、奶粉等食品样品中痕量镉的测定,结果令人满意.
A sensitive and selective solid phase extraction for the determination of trace cadmium in food samples using modified peanut shell as adsorbent was developed. The analytical parameters including pH value, sample volume, flow rate of sample solution and elution conditions( concentration, volume and flow rate of eluant) were investigated. The effect of foreign ions and the adsorption capacity of the modified peanut shell were examined. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits (3σ) for cadmium was 0.2ng/mL, the relative standard deviation ( R. S. D. ) was 2.9% with the enrichment factor of 30. The proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of food samples.
