摘要 综述了生物技术在真菌分类、鉴定和毒素检测中应用的最新研究进展.这些新技术主要包括免疫学技术、分子识别技术、生物芯片技术和生物传感器技术等;生物技术的应用和发展使得真菌的鉴定和毒素的检测更为准确、便捷. In recent years, biotechnology has become more and more important in relative region of grain, including production, storage, processing, detection and other steps. Comparing with physical and chemical methods, biotechnology has its own merits. In this paper, new advance of biotechnology used in classification, identification of fungus and identification, detection of mycotoxin were summarized. These advanced biotechnologies mainly include molecular immunology technology, molecular recognition technology, biochip technology and biosensor technology. The application and development of bioteehnology makes the identification of fungus and detection of mycotoxin become more correct and convenient.
