高油价下三大石油公司“冷热不均”

Profit Gap Widening Among Three Major Oil Companies

通过对我国三大石油公司中报相关数据的分析,指出:在国际高油价下,石油特别收益金的增加和国内成品油价格的倒挂,使得上下游比例不一的三大石油公司"冷热不均",利润差距拉大;尽管政府给予石油公司相应的财政补贴,但高额的石油特别收益金的征收,使石油公司上游利润难以弥补下游亏损,因此应适时调整特别收益金政策,积极慎重地推进油价改革。

The semi-annual reports from China’s three major oil companies show that combined with soaring international oil price,growth of special oil gain levy and price inversion between crude oil and product oil has caused profit gas widening among the three major petroleum companies which have different proportions of upstream and downstream affairs.Even though oil enterprises have got financial subsidy from government,loss in downstreamf actors still can’t be made up by benefit in upstream sector because of collection of high-level special oil gain levy.Therefore,the policy of special oil gain levy should be adjusted timely and push oil price reform forward positively and cautiously.
