摘要
水套式加热炉大量用于气田生产中。由于加热炉的换热盘管长期浸泡在非流动的敞口热水中,形成了比较密集的局部蚀坑,影响设备安全运行。为解决以上难题,对含缺陷的换热盘进行了腐蚀检测和物理性能测试,依据API579-2000(适用性评价推荐做法)提供的局部腐蚀缺陷评价方法和TGRC-AFFSP适用性评价软件进行盘管受腐蚀后的承压能力评价,并与静水压试验结果对比,分析结果表明,含缺陷的换热盘管能够满足现场生产要求。
Water-sleeve heating furnace is widely applied to gasfield production.However,a much more intensively partial corrosion will form on a heat exchange coil because the coil has been immerged into an inflow and open heat-water bath for a long time,which affects a safety operation.Both corrosion detection and physical-property test were carried out for this partly corrodedcoil.The confined-pressure capacity of coil after corrosion was evaluated by API 579-2000(an evaluation for part corrosion)and TGRC-AFFSP(an evaluation software for applicability).After compared with hydrostatic-pressure experiment,it is indicated that the heat exchange coil with a defect may meet the demand of field production.
