摘要
输差预警指标除与计量设备的计量误差有关外,还与管道泄漏、管存量与放空量的计算误差及其他人为因素有关。在建立系统流量测量不确定度模型的基础上,几何相加一定的附加不确定度来考虑其他各种因素对输差的影响,认为该附加不确定度取为0.3%-0.5%较为符合目前国内输气干线的实际情况。实例分析表明,该方法可用于确定某一统计周期内天然气输气干线系统输差的合理变化范围,从而有效指导输差分析。
A warning index of measurement shortage is related to not only a metering error of metrical facilities,but also a pipeline leakage,a metering error of pipe-stored amount,am etering error of venting amount and other artificial factors.Based on an uncertainty model measured by system flow,other factors affecting measurement shortage has been taken into consideration by adding geometrically some additional uncertainty.It is considered that the additional uncertainty should be from 0.3% to 0.5%,which accords with a practical situation of gas-transmission pipelines in China.Case study illustrates that this method may be applied to determine a rational change range of measurement shortage within a certain statistical period.
