摘要
介绍了应用高温水源热泵和溴化锂直燃机回收天然气处理装置中压缩机出口天然气和硅油炉及再生气加热炉烟筒废气的热量的技术思路及实践情况。利用高温水源热泵回收的余热在冬季可为天然气处理装置的排污管线伴热和为生产厂房供暖,利用溴化锂直燃机回收的余热可解决冬季办公取暖和夏季降温的问题。这项余热回收技术为天然气处理系统应用高温水源热泵和溴化锂直燃机回收天然气处理装置的余热提供了借鉴。
The natural gas heat from compressor outlet and the tail gas heat from both silicon oil furnace and recycled gas heater furnace in the gas-processing unit have been successfully recovered by HT water-source heat pump and lithium bromide direct-fired machine.In winter,the produced hot water with 60℃~70℃ can supply heat for the drainage pipeline and house whereas in summer,the produced cold water with 10℃can provide cool for house.It provides experiences for waste heat recovery of gas-processing unit using the pump and machine.
