摘要
采用微波水热法合成出Ba_(0.75)Sr_(0.25)Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_3纳米粉体。研究了反应温度,反应时间对微波合成的影响。结果表明:在反应温度70℃,反应时间10min,pH≥13的条件下可以获得粒径60nm,分散良好,高结晶度的Ba_(0.75)Sr_(0.25)Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_3粉体。初步探讨了微波水热合成钛酸钡基陶瓷的机理。
Ba0.75Sr0.25Zr0.1Ti0.9O3 nano-powders are synthesized by microwave - hydrothermal. The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time of microwave - hydrothermal are investigated. Well - dispersed and high degree of crystallization BSZT nano - powders of 60 nm are obtained under the technics condition of T = 70 ℃,t = 10 rain, ph≥ 13. The mechanism of microwave - hydrothermal were simply considered.
