摘要
运用带有偏好锥的DEA方法,研究了反潜巡逻飞机搜索方案评估和决策应用模型。特别是针对决策单元输出为概率指标以及决策者对搜索发现概率偏好程度具有一定模糊性的情况,引入模糊隶属度函数概念,提出了一种可体现决策者意愿的输出量的模糊偏好修正方法,使DEA评估结果既具有较强的客观性,又充分尊重决策者的主观意愿。最后给出了评估算例,验证了模型的合理性,可应用于反潜巡逻飞机搜潜方案的计算机辅助决策。
DEA theory with preference information cone is applied to study the evaluation model on ASW search schemes. According to the characteristic of decision making units output in probability and the fuzziness on decision maker preference for search probability, brings forward the correction method which presented decision-maker's wills with fuzzy preference information, making the evaluation results more objective while taking tbe decision-maker's subjective wills into consideration. In the end, an empirical example is illustrated to validate. The evaluation model can be applied to ASW decision support system.
