摘要
针对交叉效率评价方法中交叉效率不唯一的问题,在分析现有解决方法缺陷的基础上,提出了考虑所有权重信息的区间平均交叉效率,即将所有决策单元的交叉效率值定义在各自的一个区间数上,该区间数考虑了所有决策单元自评时的权重信息,通过比较各决策单元的区间平均交叉效率值,从而可以对所有决策单元进行充分排序,利用该方法能够很好地解决现有方法所存在的部分缺陷。最后通过算例对该方法进行了演示。
With respect to the problem of the non-uniqueness of cross efficiency in cross efficiency evaluation method. the interval average cross efficiency considering all weighting schemes is proposed after analysing the shortcomings of the existed solutions, i.e. the cross efficiencies of all DMUs are defined in a corresponding interval value which included all weighting schemes of all DMUs in self-appraisal, and the rankings of all DMUs can be determined after the interval average cross efficiencies of all DMUs are compared. The approach proposed can be suggested as a remedy for the approaches in existence. In the end, an empirical example is illustrated.
