摘要
对分子筛催化剂技术主要拥有者在国内专利申请情况进行分析,着重分析了分子筛催化剂专利技术主要拥有者的技术构成、总体技术发展趋势以及技术路线,同时分析了国内相关研究机构和企业在分子筛催化剂领域研发的优势,并探讨了该领域专利保护中存在的问题。分析表明,分子筛领域的申请量近年来呈快速增长趋势,中国和美国申请人的申请量居于前列,其代表为中国石化、中国科学院大连化学物理研究所以及埃克森美孚化学专利公司。其主要技术构成为催化裂化、异构化脱蜡以及烯烃聚合分子筛催化剂的研制等。国内大型石化公司、科研院所及高校在分子筛技术的研发与应用方面具有明显的优势。但是与国外申请人相比,国内申请人在知识产权战略的运用上尚存在一定的差距。
Chinese patents in molecular sieve catalysts are analyzed, focusing on the introduction of major technologies and the overall trend of technological development. Moreover, advantages of domestic research institutes and enterprises in the field of molecular sieve catalysts and problems in patent protection are discussed. The results demonstrate that the amount of patent application has kept a trend of rapid growth in recent years. Technology trajectories of China Petrochemical, CAS Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, and ExxonMobil Chemical Patents Company are employed as guideposts for technology planning and forecasting. Their main technologies include catalysts of catalytic cracking, isodewaxing, olefin polymerization and so on. Large petrochemical companies, research institutes and universities have obvious advantages in research, development and application of molecular sieve technologies. However, compared with foreign applicants, domestic applicants need more experiences in the use of intellectual property rights strategy.
