摘要
针对SAPO-41分子筛在磷酸为磷源的体系中难以重复合成的问题,考察了使用亚磷酸或者亚磷酸一磷酸混合物作为磷源的SAPO-41分子筛的控制合成及其合成产物制备的催化剂的长直链烷烃异构化性能。结果表明,亚磷酸的存在不仅有利于SAPO-41分子筛的重复合成,而且有助于控制合成产物晶体的大小、形貌、分子筛骨架硅含量,从而影响其催化性能。
The present studies focus on the reproducible synthesis of SAPO-41 molecular sieve in the route with H3PO4 as the phosphorus source. The controlling synthesis of AIPO4-41 and SAPO-41 was investigated. The isomerization of n-paraffin over the catalysts based on SAPO-41 was carried out. It is found that the presence of H3 PO3 not only favors the formation of SAPO-41 structure, but also results in the product with controlling crystal size, morphology with designing silica content, which affect the catalytic performance of the catalyst.
