介孔-微孔复合分子筛的合成及其亚硝胺吸附性能 被引量:2

SYNTHYSIS OF MESOPOROUS ZEOLITES AND APPLICATION IN TRAPPING NITROSAMINES

摘要 通过附晶生长法合成了介孔-微孔复合分子筛MNY和SZ,并选择挥发性吡咯烷亚硝胺NPYR作为靶标分子,考察复合孔材料在不同温度下的吸附性能。结果表明,453K下当NPYR的进样量为1.10mmol/g时,复合孔材料MNY能吸附0.935mmol/g,远高于NaY和MCM-41机械混合材料的吸附量之和(O.51mmol/g)。 The meso-microporous zeolites were synthesized by overgrowth approach and the volatile nitrosamine NPYR (N-nitrosopyrrolidine) was used as target to investigate the adsorptive capacity of these composites at different temperature. 0. 935 mmol/g NPYR could be trapped by meso-microporous composites MNY but 0. 51 mmol/g by the mechanical mixture of zeolite NaY and mesoporous MCM-41, when the amount of NPYR passed the adsorbent cumulated to 1.10 mmol/g at 453 K.
