摘要
首次采用超浓体系合成法,并引入促进剂,在180℃条件下晶化48h,合成出具有高结晶度的NU-87纯相分子筛,并考察了促进剂、投料硅/铝比(n(SiO2)/n(A12O3))、碱/硅比(n(OH-)/n(SiO2))、水/硅比(n(H2O)/n(SiO2))、模/硅比(n(DecBr2)/n(SiO2))等对合成结果的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,在促进剂的作用下,在n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)为40~50、n(OH-)/n(SiO2)为0.12~0.18、n(H2O)/n(SiO2)为13、n(DecBr2)/n(SiO2)为0.10~0.12条件下,可得到高结晶度的NU-87分子筛。对NU-87的裂化催化评价结果显示,与添加ZSM-5的催化剂相比,添加NU-87的催化剂不仅可以使汽油收率增加2%~5%,而且明显地增加了异构烷烃、芳烃产率,改善了产品分布。
The NU-87 zeolite was synthesized in extremely dense system at 180℃ for 48 h with promoter. products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), IR NMR. The influence of promoter and the molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3, OH-/SiO2, H2O/SiO2, DecBr2/SiO2, investigated. The result indicated that under the promoter function, SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio range of 40 The and was 50, OH /SiO2 molar ratio range of 0.12--0.18, H2O/SiOz molar ratio of 13, DecBr2/SiO2 molar ratio range of 0.10-- 0.12, the high crystallinity NU-87 zeolite was synthesized. NU-87 zeolite was used as an additive component for the fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts. Compared with ZSM-5, the proper amount of NU-87 zeolite added to FCC catalyst made not only the yield of gasoline increase by 2%- 5%, but also isomerism alkane, the aromatic hydrocarbon production rate obvious increase and the product distribution improved.
