含CuSBA-15催化剂的合成、表征及DeNPAC反应性能评价

摘要 采用浸渍法和离子交换法合成了CuO/SBA~15、CuAl/SBA-15和CuOAl/SBA-153种催化剂。SBA-15的酸功能通过负载Al而得以改进。通过浸渍法和离子交换法将Cu引入SBA-15和A1/SBA-15中。3种催化剂相比,CuAl/SBA-15在DeNPAC反应中具有最高的吡啶转化率的同时,具有最低的NOx产率。CuAl/SBA-15具有较好的含氮多环芳烃化合物脱除反应性能的原因,可能是其酸功能和金属离子功能共同作用的结果。 CuO/SBA-15, CuAl/SBA-15 and CuOAl/SBA-15 were synthesized by wet-impregnation and ion-exchange methods. The acidic properties of SBA-15 were improved by incorporating Alwith post-synthesis method. The Cu was introduced to SBA-15 and Al/SBA-15 supports by wet-impregnation and ion-exchange method, respectively. CuAl/SBA-15 showed the best catalytic performance by giving the highest conversion of pyridine with the lowest yield of NOx in the reaction of decomposing nitrogen-containing polyeyelic aromatic compounds (DeNPAC). The enhanced reaction activity of CuAl/SBA 15 for DeNPAC could be attributed to the bi-functionality of acid and metallic ion of CuAl/SBA-15.
