SYNTHESIS OF CLATHRATE COMPOUND MTN FROM HF- SiO2-Al2O3-MORPHOLINE NEAR NON-AQUEOUS SYSTEM

摘要 研究了吗啡啉有机近非水体系中笼形类沸石材料MTN的合成规律。采用XRD、SEM、TG方法对合成样品的特性进行了表征。结果表明,吗啡啉具有模板剂和溶剂的效应,能够在有机近非水体系中合成MTN笼形材料。当原料体系中硅/铝比在13.58-∞范围内合成出的笼形化合物MTN,其外观形貌呈现近乎球状的孪晶。 The synthesis of clathrate compound MTN in a near non-aqueous system containing morpholine was investigated. The as-synthesized MTN was characterized by XRD,SEM and TG. Experimental results showed that morpholine played the role of template and organic solvent in the synthesis of clathrate compound MTN by the near non-aqueous system. MTN samples were synthesized in the system with the n(SiO2 )/n(Al2O3 ) from 13.58 to ∞, whose crystal morphology was twincrystals of a spherical aggregate.
