摘要
考察了在合成体系中添加金属离子Sn2+对合成的SBA-15分子筛性质和形貌的影响。实验发现,当反应物中n(Si)/n(Sn2+)为50:3时,合成的SBA15的BET比表面积可达到1125m2/g,同时呈现纤维束形貌。这可能与Sn和Si是同主族、性质相似有关。在静置条件下加入Sn2+,可合成出六边形片状单晶SBA-15。金属离子Sn2+通过与聚合物PEO段之间的相互作用改变了嵌段共聚物胶束的聚集,从而对SBA-15形貌产生影响。
Mesoporous SBA-15 was synthesized in the presence of metal ion Sn2+. The effect of Sn2+ on the properties and morphology of SBA-15 was investigated. When the Si/Sn2+ molar ratio was 50 : 3, the prepared SBA-15 exhibited fiber-like morphology with high BET surface area of 1125 m2/g, suggesting that Sn2+ had a distinct impact on the synthesis of SBA-15. This may be related to the similar properties for the same main-group elements Si and Sn. Under static condition and in the presence of Sn2+, SBA-15 with uniform morphology of hexagonal plate was obtained. PEO-Sn2+ chelating interaction changed the aggregate behavior of the block copolymer micelles so as to affect the morphology of SBA-15.
