摘要
水热法合成出ZSM-5/AlPO4-5复合分子筛,经Mg改性后,制备成碱催化剂。采用XRD、N2吸附等对其结构进行了表征,用Hammett试剂测量了复合分子筛改性前后的碱强度。同时考察了改性ZSM-5/AlPO4-5复合分子筛催化剂对甲苯甲醇侧链烷基化的催化活性。结果表明,同样改性条件下ZSM-5/AlPO4-5复合分子筛比NaX分子筛具有更高的催化活性。
A composite zeolite ZSM-5/AlPO4-5 was hydrothermally synthesized and modified with magnesium. The structure and basicity of ZSM-5/AlPO4-5 were characterized by XRD, nitrogen adsorption and Hammett indicator non-aqueous titration. The prepared composite zeolite catalysts were used for side-chain alkylation of toluene with methanol, and their catalytic activities were found to be much better than NaX zeolite with the same modification of magnesium.
