摘要 针对现有设备状态监测系统中存在的集成度不高、适应性差和状态数据利用率低等缺点,研究并建立了基于无线传感器网络的机械设备智能状态监测系统原型。其核心是设计基于MSP430微控制器的智能传感器网络节点;利用微控制器单元的信号分析能力,进行状态数据的本地化处理和数据融合,实现数据采集与信号处理相结合的分布式状态监测,形成具有初步自我分析诊断能力的状态维护传感器网络。开发并应用于某石化企业大型机组的智能状态监测原型系统,提高了设备状态数据采集与处理的效率,有效地降低了采集点与故障诊断中心之间的通信流量。 To solve the problems such as low integration rate, adaptability and use ratio of data in the existing condition monitoring systems, an intelligent condition monitoring system of machine equipment based on Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) was studied and established. The core of this system was design of intelligent sensor networks nodes based on MSP430 mierocontroller. By utilizing the signal analysis ability of Micro Control Unit (MCU), localized processing and date fusion for status data were carried out so as to realize distributed condition monitoring equipped with data gathering and signal processing in a sensor networks node, as well as status maintenance sensor network with elementary self analysis ability. A prototype of intelligent condition monitoring for large-scale machine equipment was developed and implemented in a petrochemical plant. Application result indicated that the system could improve the efficiency of data gathering and processing, and reduce the communication amount between the point of data collection and the failure-diagnosis center.
