急性冠状动脉综合征126例治疗体会

目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征的治疗方法。方法采用多种药物联合方法对2005～2006年问辽宁省鞍山市第四医院内科确诊的126例急性冠状动脉综合征患者进行综合治疗，依病历不同采用的综合治疗方法略有差异，对其有效性，安全性等进行观察，并定期随访观察2～3年。结果患者经综合治疗后，自觉症状有所改善，总有效率93.2％；治疗中药物副反应少见。结论多种药物联合治疗并长期维持治疗方法可在广大基层医院中广泛开展，易于被普通患者所接受，具有简便，价格适中，疗效显著等特点。基层医院医务人员应保持与患者长期交流与该病相关的各种因素（如使病情加重的诱因．药物剂量的调整等）。
