摘要
经济全球化和区域经济一体化是世界经济发展的大趋势，进行区域经济合作已演变成为世界性的浪潮、加强区域经济合作，促进区域协调发展也成为我国的国家战略。在区域经济合作不断兴起的浪潮中，北部湾“风声水起”，泛北部湾经济合作顺势而生。
The Pan-Tonking Gulf Regional economic cooperation is a useful exploration of coordinated regional development. For example, it connectes local development strategies with the whole national developing strategy： it adjusts and locates the regional cooperation timely. But it faces the deficiencies of national and regional managing policy, lacking of effective mechanisms for regional coordination of interests and higher integrated degree of regional poliey. The Pan-Tonking Gulf economic cooperation has brought many inspirations to the other regional economic cooperation.
