喜炎平联合病毒唑治疗手足口病102例疗效观察

Observation of efficacy of xiyanping joints ribavirin to treat 102cases on hand, foot and mouth disease

目的探讨喜炎平联合病毒唑治疗手足口病的疗效。方法通过对102例临床诊断为手足口病病例，随机分成两组：观察组58例和对照组44例。在常规治疗的基础上，观察组采用静滴喜炎平针剂0．2～0．4ml／（kg·d），联合静滴病毒唑针剂，10mg／（kg·d），1次／d；对照组单用病毒唑针剂静滴。结果观察组总有效率和临床治愈率均明显优于对照组，两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论在常规抗病毒西药治疗的基础上联用抗病毒中药针剂，可以明显提高手足口病的疗效，缩短疗程，并且无明显药物毒副作用和并发症，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Xiyanping joints Ribavirin to treat hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods through the 102 cases of clinically diagnosed cases of hand, foot and mouth disease, were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group （58 cases） and the control group （44 cases）,in the conventional treatment on the basis of the observation group Xiyanping by intravenous injection, 0. 2-0. 4ml/ （kg·d） the intravenous injection of ribavirin, 10mg/ （kg·d）, 1 times/d; control group single intravenous injection with ribavirin. Results Observation group, the total efficiency and clinical cure rates were significantly better than the control group, two groups are very significant （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The conventional anti-virus medicine on the basis of treatment with anti-virus medicine injection, can significantly improve the efficacy of hand-foot- mouth disease, shorten the course of treatment, and no obvious role and pay of drug complications, it is worth clinical application.
