阿魏酸钠注射液联合坎地沙坦酯治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treat Early Phase Glycuresis Nephropathy through Sodium Ferulate with Candesartan Cilexetil

目的观察阿魏酸钠注射液联合坎地沙坦酯治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将80例早期糖尿病肾病随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,2组分别采用常规胰岛素及口服降糖药物控制血糖,均达到良好的血糖水平。对照组口服坎地沙坦酯,治疗组在以上治疗的基础上联合每日静脉滴注阿魏酸钠注射液。结果治疗后两组患者血浆ET、NO水平均降低,尿白蛋白排泄率,尿α1微球蛋白均下降,治疗组尿白蛋白排泄率、NO指标的改善优于对照组。结论阿魏酸钠注射液联合坎地沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病患者是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

Purpose To observe the clinical curative effect on treat early phase gycuresis nephropathy through Sodium Ferulate with Caudesartan Cilexetil. Method Divide 80 early phase glycuresis nephropathy patients into two groups in random,40 are for Treat Team and the other 40 are for Contrast Team, the two teams separately take routine insulin and oral administration of drug to control blood sugar, both reached fine blood sugar level. Patients in Contrast Team take Candesartan Cilexetil in oral administration, and patients who are in Treat Team also take Sodium Ferulate for injection in vein on the base of the treatment above. Result After treatment, patients in both two teams whose Blood plasma ET,No are all lower, urine albumen ecerisis rate and urine α1 mieroglobulin are both down -turn, in Treat Team, patients＇urine albumen cecrisis rate, NO meliorated better than Contrast Team. Conclusion Treat early phase glycuresis nephropathy through Sodium Ferulate with Candesartan Cilexetil is an ideal method.
