改善活性艳蓝棉散纤维染色质量的工艺探讨

摘要 活性艳蓝结构较为特殊,分子量较大,扩散性能较差,其最大特点在于耐盐析性较差。本文对艳蓝染料的散棉纤维浸染工艺参数,如电解质、碱剂、染色温度和时间等,进行了分析和探讨。针对活性艳蓝染色中常见的质量问题,如不耐盐析、色点蓝块、内外层色差、色花、色牢度差、可纺性差等,提出了相应的改善措施。 The molecular construction of reactive brilliant blue is special with high molecular weight and unsatisfied diffusibility, and its critical characters is bad salting-out resistance. In the paper, the factors of the loose cotton fibers exhaust dyeing by reactive brilliant blue, including electrolyte, alkaline agent, dyeing temperature and time, were analyzed. The common quality problems of loose cotton fibers dyed by reactive brilliant blue and their related solutions were introduced.
