摘要
作为可持续发展的一个重要内容,可持续消费正日益受到世界各国的重视。但是,长期来在市场经济中占主导地位的消费者主权模式是一种不可持续的消费模式。因此,人类必须由传统的消费者主权模式转型到现代可持续消费的模式。可持续消费的伦理基础是消费者责任。消费者要秉持可持续发展的基本精神,主动承担转变不可持续消费行为的社会责任。消费者、政府、企业、环境组织、社会以及社区等多种力量必须共同努力,致力于转变消费者不可持续的生活方式,从根本上迈向可持续消费道路,构建和谐社会。
Today, the world shows great concern over sustainable consumption which is an important part of sustainable development. However, consumers' paramountcy mode, which has dominates the market economy for a long time, is an unsustainable consumption mode. Therefore, consumer paramountcy mode should be transformed to modern sustainable consumption mode. The ethics foundation of sustainable consumption is consumers' responsibilites. Consumers need to comply with the essential principles of sustainable development and proactively take on the social responsibilities for changing unsustainable consumption activities. Consumers, governments, enterprises, environment protection organizations, the society and communities nedd to devote all their efforts to changing consumers' unsustainable life styles, ultimately step into the sustainable developing track and create a harmonious society.
