3种方法治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道病及预防不良妊娠结局的效果比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的:对妊娠期细菌性阴道病(BV)患者采用3种不同方法治疗,追踪观察治愈率、复发率,及其对妊娠结局的影响,为临床用药提供依据。方法:对309例妊娠合并BV患者随机分为甲乙丙3组各103例。甲组采用活性乳酸菌阴道胶囊1枚(0.25 g枚/:600万活性乳酸杆菌),每日1次,阴道上药,共10天;乙组先用灭滴灵栓每日1次,阴道上药,共10天后加活性乳酸菌阴道胶囊1枚每日1次,阴道上药,共10天;丙组采用灭滴灵栓1枚,每日1次,阴道上药,共10天。结果:甲乙丙组的临床痊愈率分别为84.5%、79.6%、77.7%,总有效率分别为85.4%、88.3%、86.4%,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);复发率分别为4.9%(5/103)、5.8%(6/103)、17.5%(18/103),不良妊娠结局发生率分别为18.4%(19/103)、15.5%(16/103)、44.7%(46/103),复发率和不良妊娠结局发生率甲乙组分别与丙组之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),甲乙组之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);临床观察活性乳酸菌胶囊无毒副作用,对胎儿无影响。结论:活性乳酸杆菌制剂可作为治疗妊娠期BV的药物单独应用,其疗效好,复发率低,改善了母儿预后;单独应用活性乳酸杆菌制剂治疗妊娠期BV值得推广。
