摘要 目的:观察应用细胞生长肽加高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法:将123例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用一般治疗(吸氧、止惊、降颅压等),治疗组加用细胞生长肽及高压氧,就其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:应用细胞生长肽加高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病,临床症状明显改善,脑电图明显好转,NBNA评分明显提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义。结论:使用细胞生长肽加高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床疗效显著。 Objective: To observe the effect of cell growth peptide and high pressure oxygen in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: 123 cases suffering from hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected, and were divided into two groups randomly (observation group and comparative group) . The two groups adopted the common treatment (oxygen inhalation, anti - eclampsia, reducing cranium pressure and so on) . In the observation group, the cell growth peptide and high - pressure oxygen skills were utilized. The treatment results were analyzed at the end of study. Results: The clinical symptoms of observation group disappeared obviously, transferring rate of electroencephalograph and NABA grade were significantly higher than those of the comparative group. Conclusion: It is one of methods for treating hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy by using cell growth peptide and high - pressure oxygen.
