摘要
研究了双组分热固性环氧沥青材料的高温储存稳定性。通过CFM-300E荧光显微镜观测了环氧沥青材料B组分120℃储存时的微观形态,使用WDW-20型电子万能试验机测定了材料的拉伸强度和断裂延伸率。制备的环氧沥青B组分在120℃下储存5 d后,12 h、120℃下固化物平均拉伸强度5.34 MPa,平均断裂延伸率为210%。环氧沥青材料B组分120℃储存过程中,沥青尤其是顺酐化沥青会向固化树脂迁移,在5 d后对固化反应产生影响。
The stability of epoxy asphalt with two components during high temperature storage was researched. The morphology evolution of component B was observed through CFM -300E fluorescence microscope, and the tensile strength and rupture elongation were measured by WDW -20 electromechanical universal testing machine. The product solidified( 12 h@ 120℃ ) with component A had tensile strength orS. 34MPa and rupture elongation of 210% after the prepared epoxy asphalt component B had stored for 5 days at 120℃. During the storage of the component B for epoxy asphalt at 120℃, asphalt, especially maleiced asphalt, could migrate into the curing resin. After 5 days, the migration affected the solidification reaction, which resulted in decrease of materials performances.
