反相高效液相色谱法测定神曲胃痛胶囊中大黄素的含量

目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定神曲胃痛胶袭中大黄素的含量。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（85：15），流速：1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长：254nm，柱温：30℃，进样量：20μl。结果神曲胃痛胶囊的线性范围为0．032～0．32μg（r=0．9995），平均回收率为96．78％，RSD=1．71％。结论反相高效液相色谱法测定神曲胃痛胶囊中大黄素含量，方法准确、操作简便、结果可靠，可用于神曲胃痛胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To determine the content of Emodin in Shenqu weitong Capsule by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography（RP-HPLC）. Methods Hypersil BDS C18 （200mm×4.6mm,5μm） column was used. The mobile phase was methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution（85： 15, v/v）. The detection wavelength was 254nm, The flow rate was 1.0ml. mini, The column temperature was30℃,The injection volume was20μl. Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.032-0.32 μg （r=0. 9995） for Shenqu weitong Capsule. The average recoveries was 96.78%（RSD=1.71%, n=6）, Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for quality control of Shenqu weitong Capsule
