狭小密闭环境中人体能量代谢的改变 被引量:1

CHANGE OF ENERGY METABOLISM DURING STAYING IN LIMITED-CLOSED ENVIRONMENT

摘要 目的了解狭小密闭环境中人体能量代谢规律,为制订航天员能量需要量标准提供实验数据。方法3名被试者生活在密闭舱中21 d,采用称重法计算其平均每人每日能量摄入量,采用双标记水法测定其平均每人每日能量消耗量。结果3名被试者平均每人每日能量摄入量为12.0 MJ,平均能量消耗值为11.6 MJ,体质量基本变化不大。结论在狭小密闭环境中生活21 d,3名被试者的能量代谢基本处于平衡状态;能量消耗处于中等体力活动水平。 Objective To study the change of energy metabolism of subjects staying in the limited and closed environment in order to provide experimental data for establishing the energy requirement standard for astronauts. Methods Throe subjects stayed in the limited and closed environment for 21 days. The average daily energy intake and expenditure were measured by method of food weight and doubly-labelled water method. Results The average energy intake( per day per person) was 12.0 MJ and the average energy expenditure was 11.6 MJ. The body weight was not changed. Conclusion In the limited closed environment, the energy metabolism in 3 subjects was almost at balance and the energy expenditure was at moderate physical activity level.
