夜间视力与机体相关营养素 被引量:6

摘要 人体夜间视力与机体营养素的水平和代谢密切相关,合理补充营养素可有效改善暗适应能力,提高夜间视力,缓解视疲劳。为此,概述了维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、锌、硒、牛磺酸等的作用机制及补充剂量,期望为研究提高机体夜视功能和缓解视疲劳的药物提供理论基础和依据。
