苏北杨树溃疡病类型及其病原的致病力

Study on several kinds of poplar canker disease and the pathogenicity of the pathogens in north of Jiangsu

通过对苏北杨树溃疡病发生状况的调查发现,主要有4种溃疡病症状:水泡型、凹陷小圆斑型、不规则黑斑型、烂皮型。其中以大型不规则黑斑溃疡病危害最重。对各种类型的杨树溃疡病组织进行分离、病原菌接种,结果表明,不同病原菌对不同杨树品种的致病力有一定差异。金黄克囊孢(Cytospora chrysosperma)对NL895杨和I-72杨的致病力要大于拟茎点霉(Phomopsis macrospora)和七叶树壳梭孢(Fusicoccum aesculi),而后两者对NL895和I-72杨的致病力相近,各病原菌对I-69杨的致病力相近。

Through investigating the poplar canker disease in north of Jiangsu, four kinds of symptoms on the poplar canker disease, i.e. blister, small circinal blotch, black blotch and bark rot, were found. The big black blotch canker was the most serious one among these cankers. The study on the virulence of three pathogens of cankers to the poplar was carried out. The results showed that there were significant differences in virulence among different pathogens to different poplars. The virulences of Cytospora chrysosperma to poplar NL895 （ Populus × euramericana cv） and I - 72 （ P. euramericana cv. I - 72/58 ） was greater than that of Phomopsis macrospora and Fusicoccum aesculi. The virulences of P. macrospora and F. aesculi to poplar NL895 and I - 72 were similar, while the virulences of three pathogens to poplar I - 69 （ P. deltoides cv. I - 69/55 ） were similar.
