摘要 根据柴油机ECU控制原理,使用Matlab/Simulink构建柴油机控制系统的仿真模型。模型基于增量式数字PID控制算法。模型中控制算法和控制逻辑子系统的建立应用了Simulink的基本模块库,信号采集和驱动子系统采用了dSPACE RTIRCPU中的模块,并使用Stateflow对系统状态进行了仿真。经过快速控制原型试验,得到了系统各项参数的试验结果,验证了模型的实时性和可靠性。 According to the control principle of diesel ECU, the simulation model of diesel control system was constructed with Matlab/Simulink software, which was based on the increment type digital PID control algorithm. The control algorithm and control logic subsystem in the model were established with the basic module library of Simulink, the signal collection and drive subsystem were built with the module of DSPACE RTI RCPU and the system was simulated with the Stateflow tool. Through the RCP model test, the test data of all system parameters were acquired, which verified the real time and reliability of model.
