摘要
本文建立了环形金刚石线锯加工的振动方程,研究在锯切力作用下锯丝的随机振动,得出张紧力、锯丝速度对锯丝振动的影响规律。分析了锯丝加工时的受力,根据锯丝的强度,得出锯丝不被拉断时最大可承受的拉力。综合考虑锯丝的振动分析、锯丝强度和锯切力,优化了加工工艺参数。对于本实验应用的环形金刚石线锯,当加工碳化硅和硅晶体时,锯丝的最大张紧力为36 N,恒进给压力小于7 N,最大锯切速度为27 m/s。由于机床精度的限制,实际试验中最高锯切速度为16 m/s。
In this paper, the vibration equation of wire saw cutting was built up. And the random vibration of wire saw was studied firstly, the influence of tension and cutting speed on vibration of wire saw was investigated. The forces on wire saw were researched. Depending on the strength of wire saw, the maximum tension of wire saw was given. According to the analyses of vibration and strength of the wire saw and cutting force, the cutting parameters were optimized. For the wire saw used in this experiment, and as single crystal silicon and SiC are cut, the maximum pretension is 36 N, the feed force is less than 7 N, and highest cutting speed is 27 m/s. But because of the restriction of machine precision, the highest cutting speed is 16 m/s.
