在粗糙理论的背景下,介绍一种高速公路财务评价方法,该方法视高速公路中各评价指标的基础数据或参数为粗糙变量,构建粗糙向量,并提出粗糙模拟技术以及粗糙条件下求解指标期望值、概率和关键值的一般方法和步骤;最后举例说明该方法的可行性和有效性。

On Financial evaluation of highway, the basic data and the estimated value of parameters may have rough character. Currently, the major financial evaluation of engineering project is under determining conditions, or random conditions. The financial evaluation had not yet right been discussed under rough conditions. This paper introduced a variable rough and confidence measure and takes economic data and evaluation parameters as variables rough circumstances, the financial evaluation of the target system established under rough conditions; provided a rough simulation technology and its use for rough conditions indicators expectations, probability and the key value of the general approach and the steps by way of exampling the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
