摘要
目的:提高门诊药房管理水平。方法:介绍我院门诊部各药房现行管理模式,指出存在的问题,提出建议。结果与结论:现行的门诊部药房管理模式和药品管理"责任到人,每周小盘点,每月大盘点,不定期抽查"的措施有效可行,若能进一步加以优化,将提升药房工作质量和服务水平。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the management level in outpatient dispensary. METHODS: The current management model in each outpatient dispensary of our hospital was introduced; the problems were pointed out and the proposals were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The current outpatient pharmacy management mode and drug control measures of "individual responsibility, weekly small stocktaking, monthly big stocktaking, and irregular spot checks" is feasible, if optiraized further, which would help enhance the working quality and service level in pharmacy.
