对一个电磁学问题进行理论研究,指出相关文献存在的理论缺陷,并通过引入"等效辐射电阻"和"分布电感"的方法解决了金属棒在运动过程中的速度"突变"和电流"突变"问题.
An electromagnetic issue is studied theoretically and theoretical defect in the relation literature is pointed out. A quantitative analysis for the movement of the metal rod is'presented through introduction of the equivalent radiation resistance and distributed inductance
