在城市燃气企业产权多元化的过程中,对城市燃气管网价值的评估出现了许多不同的观点。分析燃气输配行业的自然垄断特点,得出自然垄断对城市燃气管网评估价值的影响。
During the diversification of city gas enterprise ownership, there are many different viewpoints on assessment of city gas network value. The characteristics of natural monopoly in the gas transmission and distribution industry are analyzed, and the influence of natural monopoly on the assessment value of city gas network is obtained.
