衰老蛋白p66Shc在糖尿病发生中的作用

摘要 p66Shc是一种重要的衰老蛋白,可通过诱导多种类型细胞的凋亡和坏死促使机体老化,它的缺失则增强细胞对活性氧类物质的抗性并延长寿命。最新研究发现p66Shc还与糖尿病并发症的发生存在密切联系,如心脏损伤、内皮细胞功能紊乱等,因此其可望成为糖尿病治疗的新靶点。
