摘要
利用MITK在VC6.0环境下编程实现对多组医学图像数据的三维可视化,通过对实际数据和不同算法的面绘制、体绘制、分割和配准等多方面的研究,考察了MITK在医学图像处理和三维可视化领域的实用性。结果表明MITK编程实现较容易,成像速度快,效果好,针对医学影像处理有其独特的优势。MITK作为一种医学图像处理和三维可视化的工具,功能十分强大,完全可以与现有的同类软件包相媲美。
3D visualizations for several medical image datasets can be implemented using MITK under VC 6.0 IDE. Through the research of surface rendering, volume rendering, segment and registration for datasets and algorithms, the characteristic for each of them was discussed. To research the function and effect of MITK for medical imaging and 3D visualization, the practicability of its usage in the medical image field was studied. As a result, the programme implementation of MITK is relatively easy. Its speed and result are excellent, especially for medical imaging process. As a toot for medical imaging process and 3D-visualization, MITK is very powerful and competitive compared with other related software package.
