心肌致密化不全的超声特征与鉴别诊断

Echocardiographic characteristics and differential diagnosis of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium

目的：探讨心肌致密化不全（NVM）的超声特征，并与其他疾病鉴别。方法：收集我院自2004年10月-2008年5月间10例NVM患者的临床资料，并对其超声图像特征进行分析。结果：①10例NVM二维超声心动图均可见异常丰富的粗大肌小梁和肌小梁间深隐窝；②心内膜下非致密化心肌与心外膜下致密化心肌厚度比（N／C）大于2；③彩色多普勒肌小梁间深陷隐窝见低速血流信号充填，并与心腔相通。结论：超声心动图对诊断NVM具有重要的临床价值。

Objective： To investigate the echocardiographic characteristics in patients with noncompaction of ventricular myocardium（NVM） for differential diagnosis. Methods：The data of 10 cases with NVM were collected in our hosphal from Oct, 2004 to May 2008 for examining the echocardiographic findings. Results ： Two-dimensional echocar-diograms disclosed numerous prominent trabeculations and deep intertra-becular recesses in total ten cases with a larger ratio of endocardial noncompacted zone to epicardial coinpacted zone （N/C ratio 〉2）. The col- or flow imaging demonstrated communication between intertrabeeular spaces and left vcntricular cavily. Conclusion ： Echocardiography has significant value in diagnosis of NVM.
