肺部炎性肿块的CT诊断价值

Diagnostic value of CT in pulmonary inflammatory mass

目的:探讨肺部炎性肿块的CT特征。方法:回顾性分析37例肺部炎性肿块的CT表现,讨论其CT特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。结果:肺部炎性肿块主要的CT表现是边缘清楚或部分欠清,无明显分叶,可有长毛刺,空洞,胸膜增厚粘连,周围肺纹理增多增粗等。结论:以上所见的CT征象对肺部炎性肿块的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective ：To distinguish the characteristics of CT imagining in pulmonary inflammatory masses. Methods：37 cases with pulmonary inflammatory mass were retrospectively examined in terms of the CT imaging findings, initial and differential diagnosis. Results：CT findings of pulmonary inflammatory manses were characterized by smooth or partially obscurely-defined or spiculated edges with no distinct Iobulation. Morphologic features as cavity, local pleural thickness and adhesion, thickened and increased peripheral lung markings were seen in those cases. Conclusion：The CT imaging characteristics described above can be valuable in diagnosis of pulmonary inflammatory masses.
