ГОСТ总线设备测试系统设计与实现

摘要 针对ГОСТ总线设备,提出了基于信息码的ГОСТ总线设备系统总体结构和实现方案。利用ISP芯片将实时接收的信息码进行串并转化后输入PC/104计算机,通过检测各帧数据中的异常信号并进行分析,达到快速定位部件级故障的目的。阐述了信息码的基本概念、形成原理、电气特性及编码规则,对信息码发送和信息码接收进行理论分析,给出系统电路设计框图和软件设计流程图。实例应用表明,设计的测试系统能够实现外场一线复杂条件下原位、实时、精确的故障定位。 ГOCT bus standard is used widely in military aircraft for reliable communication of integrated avionic system. The overall architecture and realization scheme of ГOCT bus test system based on information code was presented. ISP chip was used for realizing series-parallel transformation of the information code received in real time. PC/104 computer was used to detect and analyze the abnormal code and quickly locate the Line Replaceable Unit. The concept, generation principle, transmission protocol and electric characteristics of information code were discussed. The sending and receiving of information code were analyzed theoretically. The circuit diagram of the system and the program flow-chart of software were given. Practical application results showed that the designed test system based on information code can effectively implement on-site, real-time, accurate and on-board fault locating at the field level.
