Study on a Novel Intelligent Compound Switch

介绍了一种新型的智能复合开关,采用89C2051作为核心,利用MOC3081系列芯片实现晶闸管开关的无暂态投切控制,具有结构简单,可靠性高的特点。与控制器之间采用RS-232串行总线通信,并在通信协议中加入CRC校验,可以实现复杂的投切逻辑,且具有较强抗干扰能力。

A novel intelligent compound switch with the characteristics of simple structure and high responsibility is introduced,in which the 89C2051 microprocessor is used as the core and the MOC3081 series chip is used to archive the non-transient-switching of the thyristor. The communication between reactive power compensation controller and the intelligent compound switch is carried out through RS-232 series bus to realize the complex switching logic. And, the intelligent compound switch has high anti-interference ability due to the CRC check utilized in communication protocol.
