硫酸-糖蜜酒精废液浸出锰矿的工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用糖蜜酒精废液为还原剂,研究了在硫酸介质中直接浸出锰矿中Mn的新工艺。考察了糖蜜酒精废液用量、硫酸浓度、反应温度、浸出时间和锰矿粒度大小等因素对Mn,Fe和Al浸出率的影响,并对浸出过程进行了探讨。结果表明,当糖蜜酒精废液用量增加时,Mn的浸出率增加,Al的浸出率基本不变,但Fe的浸出率有所下降;提高硫酸浓度、或提高反应温度、或增加浸出时间,Mn,Fe和Al浸出率均增加;锰矿粒度越小,Mn越容易被浸出。在糖蜜酒精废液与锰矿比为2.2mL·g-1,H2SO4浓度2.35mol·L-1,90℃,120min,锰矿粒度为<0.147mm的条件下,Mn的浸出率达到94.9%,而Fe为34.7%,Al仅为23.6%。 The leaching process technology of leaching manganese from manganese ore by using molasses alcohol wastewater as reductant in sulfuric acid was studied. The effects of the molasses alcohol wastewater dosage, sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, leaching time and the particle size of the ore on the leaching process were investigated. It was found that, with increasing the molasses alcohol wastewater dosage used, the leaching ratio of Mn increases, while that of Al changes a little and the dissolution of Fe decreases. All the leaching ratios of above mentioned three metals increase with the increases of sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature and leaching time. The ore particle size also affects the leaching process, and Mn leaching ratio is inversely proportional to the ore particle size. The most suitable conditions for the process of leaching manganese with H2SO4 and molasses wastewater were found as following, the ratio of molasses wastewater to manganese ore of 2.2 mL.g^-1, H2SO4 concentration of 2.35 mol.L^-1, particle size smaller than 0.147 mm, reaction temperature of 90℃ and the leaching time of 120 min. Under these conditions, the leaching ratio of Mn reaches more than 94.9% and those of Al and Fe are about 23.6% and 34.7%, respectively.
